He asked me if I am me (by name) then told me his name and that he represents Paragon International. I very politely (not being facetious) replied to his question of how am I doing today by saying, "I'm ok, but please keep it brief, I am very busy" which is an honest and accurate statement to which he rudely replied, "Ok, how's this:" and hung up on me. When professionalism is interrupted by teenage-style antics and childish reactions in the business world, either there needs to be a overhaul and retraining or a business is doomed. No matter what, now I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also, read the other "positve" reviews and you will notice a pattern of language which suggests false posts as a marketing ploy. This is disingenuous and should be a huge red flag for anyone actually considering investing any money with a company. If the company were truely an honest company with satisfied customers and clients, they would not need to employ such methods to hook in new ones.

It was an exspensive transaction with a money back guarantee if the transaction did not go through. The transaction was to be completed last week and our guarantee expired on the date of completion. Well, the final day came and no one answers the phone or the emails. Suddenly, they are no where to be found. We are in the process of having the other diamonds we purchased, last year, appraised. We are wondering if this company is a scam. BEWARE!!!
