★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaitons is among the worst law firms I've dealt with. In addition to their poor representation, Chaitons inflated bills and provided below average service. My complaint at its core - Chaitons LLP disregarded their fiduciary responsibilities and instead set out to drain as much money as possible from our accounts. If there is a lower than one star review Chaitons has earned it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holding a quarter million of my money hostage. Won't release any of it until proof of taxes filed. So I filed, owing almost 23k in tax. Refuse to write a check to CRA out of my money. So now I will have interest and penalties added on. Same will happen to my USA taxes. Will need to sue them. Eva Lake and Mabel Clark are terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talk about greedy people. They inflate thier charges and fees. They represent the worst mortgage company as well, Haventree Bank. So it's no wonder they work together, they both get off on screwing over the little guy, the working man, the person who is just getting by. I swear I could hear them smirking on the other end of the phone when I told them that I was gonna have to cancel Easter this year, and that they were taking the food or of my kids mouths. The worst kind of people ever. Greed is a sin, I hope you know that.
