Really convenient that the doctor works in both Abbotsford as well as Delta. This makes it easy to see him at either location. Great service, highly recommend.

Owe the Dr.'s here everything! They took the time to explain what was going on with my feet and why that was the root cause of my hip pain. Love my orthotics, they help me walk so much farther without pain!

Dr Hollingsworth operated on my foot recently. I had multiple problems, including bunions, hammertoes, dislocated toes, and tendon problems. I cannot describe how pleased I am with the results, the care, and the caring I have received from Dr Hollingsworth and the entire staff. I would give them more stars if I could!

Getting an appointment was easy and they were able to get me in shorter than expected, within a week! Clinic is inside the Walmart alongside with the walk-in medical clinic. It's clean, but a bit busy at times. I had an afternoon appointment and I checked in and waited less than 10 minutes and was seen by the doctor. The doctor was very professional and asked the right questions for my heel pain that I've been having for months. He discussed treatment plans as well as home remedies that I can do on my own. I bought the orthotics and they worked well for me, and I wear them daily for all my needs. I'm considering getting another pair. Dr. Fhan does a great job in treating his patients with dedication, commitment, and compassion. He takes his time to listen to me, unlike other doctors that I've seen. I will be bringing my daughter to him. I recommend this clinic for any foot problems as they are nice people and the staff was great.

I was mailed my orthotics and when I called to arrange a proper fitting, they said there were no technicians trained in Abbotsford to do the fitting and that I could cut them myself. After saying that I was unhappy with the service, I was then informed that I could see the podiatrist to do the fitting and two apts were covered with the cost of the orthotics. I was told the foam is normally ordered 1/2 size larger to be cut to the shoe. Mine are the wrong size and force my ankle outward. I am afraid I am going to fall or hurt my ankle. They did not do a cast but a digital scan using an iPad. I was also told there are no refunds or returns. Additionally, Dr. Phan is only there once a week on Thursdays and is occasionally not available for two weeks at a time. There seems to be limited service with Island Foot Clinic with regards to orthodontic guarantee, quality, and customer service. I put a picture of my old orthotics for size comparison. You can see the ones made here are not wide enough for my foot. . Update:They remade them and I came to pick them up. I was told that another apt to correct any errors would be a charged appointment. They changed it from two aptsments meaning that the only appointment covered is when you pick them up. The arch is too high in a section making me need to walk on my heels and a section of my arch is not supported at all. The doctor did not check the new ones. He simply put them in my shoes. I would not buy orthotics here ever again. The doc scared me saying I would start having hip problems and the inserts would correct my nail growth. I am going to have them checked by another podiatrist. Kintec did a much better job.
