This place only cares about its bottom line and not the kids . My son was left alone more then once and got hurt during this time . This place will not accept any responsibility for anything.

They say all the right things except when it comes to taking responsibility. My son was injured and rather than apologizing they basically put the blame back on my 3 year old. Told me his not napping was inconvenient to them..he's 3 he doesn't always nap especially at a place with a whole bunch of other children. When I 1st started potty training he had a few accidents which is normal for 1st time potty training. Called me at work and said he wasnt ready and I needed to figure out an alternative. Umm he is over 3 years old yes he is ready it was day 4 of potty training. They forgot when/ if I made payments. It was just a bad experience all around. I say do some drop ins unexpectedly and see how your kids are doing

Excellent daycare! The teachers are outstanding. They provide detailed updates daily on my child's progress and development. My child has also learned so much. Thanks Krystal and team. I would highly recommend Ishine Childcare

We were looking for a wonderful childcare and finally we found it. We did not want typical daycare. We just wanted something better. Ishine is an amazing place for my son. He loves this place and enjoy everyday's learning activies.

Fantastic place to bring your children. The teachers are caring and attentive and the owners really care about their business. Our children get regular outings to the park and library. They have both covered and uncovered outdoor play areas so the kids get outside time no matter the weather. We send our two boys part time and could not be happier with their care.

I'll just start off by saying iShine Childcare is absolutely amazing. I was on the haunt for a new daycare, I contacted several daycares by phone, researched through endless amounts of google reviews, and spoke with friends and family, and I still wasn't really getting anywhere. Till I came across iShine. I contacted iShine and spoke with the director Sunny, who now that I've had the time to get to know, I can say is the most amazing, caring, and welcoming woman, I have ever met. Even the first phone conversation I had with her, gave me confidence that this daycare would be "The ONE". I went into iShine the next day and met with Sunny. She introduced me to all the staff, which I might add are also all very wonderful and really do care for all of the children at iShine, as if they were their own. Sunny showed me around the daycare and I was in love, I felt more comfortable and confident in this first meeting at iShine, then I did with my previous daycare throughout my whole experience there. The daycare is very clean and organized, they have an outdoor (covered play area), sort of like a sun room, it's very nice and also a fenced outdoor play area, which is fantastic as well, I was impressed. Another thing I would like to note is that my child sometimes need's a little more, one on one time, and I can say with confidence they have defiantly had this at iShine. The daycare also does sensory based play, which is amazing and I love that. Another thing I was worried about was my child's food restrictions. Which have not been an issue in the slightest. Sunny has made sure everything has been taken care of for my child and noted to all the staff, that such food restrictions are in place for my child and I've had no issue's, it's been great! Sunny and the staff have ensured that my child's transition to iShine from our previous daycare was done with care. They have gone above and beyond to make my child comfortable and I can honestly say my child love's it there. My child use to hold on to me and not let me leave him at our previous daycare. It would break my heart into pieces every single time and I had enough! When they say "sometimes a little change can be a good thing", they really do mean it. I'm so happy and grateful. A little change has made a huge difference. I no longer have anxiety about what my child is doing every minute of the day, because I know and I have the confidence that my child is being taken care of, just how I would take care of them. As parent's that's all we want, when we have to go to work, school, or whatever it may be, we want to know our child is safe. The communication is also amazing as well and I really do appreciate having iShine as my childcare provider. Pun intended, "Now that I know my child is in good hands, iShine". Thank you, :) <3

This is an excellent daycare facility, with engaged and professional staff. Our daughter has attended since she was two years old and loves the program. The owners are responsive and very invested in the day to day operations. From the very earliest days of the pandemic, they have been on top of all public health guidelines, often adapting their practices well ahead of provincial changes. They balance a regular daily schedule with the needs of individual children, with an emphasis on outdoor play whenever possible. We trust the owners and staff, and we highly recommend this friendly, local daycare! Thank you Alex and Crystal!

I worked at iShine last year as one of the teachers and have only positive things to say. The regular staff check ins and support from management was amazing. Children receive their daily movement play, healthy balanced meals, planned activities, comforting nap time and high attention from their teachers. The staff at iShine really care about the kids wellbeing, education and are always looking for ways to make the environment better, fun and safe for everyone.
