β β β β β Very responsive and professional company! A knowledgeable and experienced plumber named Ross showed up right on time to fix our plumbing issue. My mother-in-law lives in a 50 year old home and Ross knew exactly what to do. Everyone I spoke to at this company was so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

He was great to deal with and showed up on time. Completed the work in a timely manner and answered all my questions. Really love these guys and would highly recommend them.

β β β β β Rusty Pipe Mechanical quoted me $209 to repair a shower tap. Then I gave them the go ahead to do the work. They went to my place, took the tap apart, then they asked for $200 more. Brendan the plumber was very rude. Then I called the owner Rusty to complain about the $200 over charge, but he was very unprofessional and said because it was hard to find the place, and that he had to do a small extra work to fit in the new parts, he had to charge more. This business is too expensive, and the plumbers are rude and unprofessional. The only person who is polite is Dawn, the office lady who does the invoicing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SERVICES. I will never use them again!!!!

The entire crew gave an excellent , professional with a "personal" touch services . One of my neighbours complained to the City about my AC,
In a nut shell it was an "harassment "complaint as all rules and by laws of noise and city regulations were followed. Rusty handled the entire situation and went above and beyond to make sure that this neighbour does not bother me again. My sincere thanks to Rusty .I would highly recommend Rusty Pipe Mechanical Inc.to anyone looking for honest professional services.

β β β β β Rusty went way beyond what could be expected when replacing a toilet for us last week. He made two trips to correct a mistake that was not his (and also didn't make me feel bad about it!) and ensured that we had a functioning bathroom before the weekend. He was professional, polite, good humoured and really kind.
Every interaction I had with this company was excellent. I will use them again and recommend them without reservation.
