I like mhr daycare.I recommend this place very much for good quality childcare.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had emailed in inquiring about the rates for an 11 month old full time as I need to go back to work at the end of the year. I received a reply from "Jane Jeanette" asking for me to come in to the establishment to discuss the rates. I replied stating I would prefer finding out the rates prior to coming in because I have two children, one being a newborn.. I get a reply back from Jane again stating this: "If I love my children, I will care about the place they will pass the day more than will care for the fees" I called the daycare right away to try and speak with a manager or owner, there was no answer so I left a voicemail. Then I received a call right back from the daycare, and I asked if this was the person I was speaking to by email. She said yes. I asked if there was a manager at all, she said yes, I asked if she was the manager, and she said yes. I voiced my concerns stating how unprofessional that comment was and how she basically insinuated I don't love my children because I won't bring my immunocompromised child in to an establishment that could potentially have sick children. Obviously I was upset about the whole situation and ended the call. She called back right away to apologize for it stating she made a mistake and if I wanted to speak with the owner or manager I would need to come in to discuss it with them.i told her I was not coming in. I told her I would need to get their contact information which she refused to give because she flat out told me she doesn't want them to know about our encounter. She stated she was a volunteer and wasn't even an employee, and I asked her why she would say she was a manager then? She said the manager wasn't there so she is one. She basically kept telling me she wasn't going to let them know about the encounter and did not give me any contact information. I contstantly asked her name and she wouldn't give it to me. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered at a daycare. STAY AWAY!!!!!

My son is really enjoying his time in MHR day care. Ms. Jeanne is very Professional, experienced and caring.

My one year old has been under the care of Ms Jeanne several times and I am at such peace every time this is the case. Most recently he enjoyed the daycare setting and I received a detailed report at the end of the day about his naps, diapers, meals, play activities, etc. I recommend this place very much for good quality childcare.

My child is having a wonderful time at the MHR Daycare, we have received such kind and accommodating service from the people here. I really appreciate how they actually take the time to get to know your child, play, and interact with them on a personal level, rather then simply watching over or teaching them. Also, the programs they have for the kids are very engaging and beneficial to their growth and development. Overall a wonderful daycare, I would definitely recommend it.
