Beautiful place to live, and one of the few places my big dog is welcome! I love the sense of community in this neighborhood!

Great deal on new high-end apartments that fit in my budget and great service too. It is definitely one of the best deals I have seen in my new home search worth the time to check out.

Inglewood is one of those few communities in Calgary that really has it all. It's got this small town main street vibe, JUST east of downtown. There are cafe's, restaurants, vintage vinyl, fashion, craft breweries, and so much more. It's unlike anything else the city has to offer, and right on the corner of 9th Ave and 13 St. SE, across from Rosso Roasters, the Irvine Condo building is being built. Awesome floorplans, at an affordable price, in Calgary's hippest community. What's not to love!

I moved in when the building opened at the end of July. Everything was great for 6 months. Then someone moved in above me and now I get to listen to them talk, sneeze and every single step they take. It’s insane. If they drop a nickel on the floor, I get to hear it. This is a new building so I wasn’t expecting to be this disrupted by neighbours. Now I’ll have to spend the money to move, again. Never move into a wood construction, no matter how hard they try to convince you it’s better than concrete.

We absolutely LOVE living in the Irvine! We moved in right when the building opened and everything has been smooth since. The location is amazing - minutes walk to the river valley, all the breweries you could ever hope for and a ton of cute, locally owned shops. The layout and finishes of the interior are easy to style and help to create a warm, cozy space to call your own. The only downfall is not having a bathtub in our suite...

Initially when I moved in (October 2020), everything was lovely up until the new year. Now that the building is more occupied, it is noisy within the suite as the building is wood. I was also promised street parking indefinitely upon signing the lease, which has not been the case. I have extreme difficulty finding parking and have received multiple tickets from the city, as our apartment is not qualified for permit parking which was never disclosed to tenants. I have now paid over $200 in tickets. When I spoke to management, I was told I would never be towed with management's authorization when parking on the property. I expressed how I work late hours and feel unsafe walking alone from my car to the apartment when I am forced to find parking blocks from the apartment, and that email was never replied to. This morning I woke up to my car being towed from the property, which was signed off by management. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed.

At the beginning of our lease in December 2020 this building was a great place to live with friendly and accommodating staff which has changed dramatically. Currently, there is no parking available for tenants as underground parking was not built to accommodate all tenants. Residential parking is also unavailable so tenants have to fight for the 8 free parking spots that are constantly full; expect to pay a minimum of $150 per month in parking tickets, or park over 1km away from the building. The building is also very noisy and construction at the bottom of the building is ear piercingly loud beginning from 8am most mornings until 5pm. The price of rent is unreasonably high for no accommodations and tricking tenants into signing leases (re: free parking was promised). Note: attached is a video of the noises from construction that begin at 8am every morning for the past 4 months.
