★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have not been to an optometrist for years, Tara helped me out by booking my appointment to fit my schedule to get the most out of my work benefits. The staff was super helpful and accommodating with my back injury.
Staff picked out some amazing looking frames and a super cool set of sunglasses.
The location is some distance away, but will be the only place I recommend and willing return to.
Tara even accommodated my schedule to pick up my glasses. Many Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again I had an awesome appointment with IRIS and excellent service to the point of having to schedule me in for my eye examination/new glasses prior to my trip out of province in 2 weeks time. The support, understanding and professional service received was beyond expected. Although I have been a regular customer (and my daughter), I was truly amazed at how this team of workers assisted my last minute request. I will continue to recommend them to everyone. Great job IRIS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to another local eye doctor in the summer and they told us our sons eyes hadn’t changed. Went to iris to confirm his prescription and found out his prescription changed drastically and he actually needed bifocals. Received his new glasses and he’s so happy and can see so much better. Highly recommend amazingly friendly and kind staff and extremely knowledgeable doctors

I was given excellent help by Kathleen M who knew the stock and found wonderful frame options . I ended up taking her fourth recommendation . The frames are gorgeous and suit my wide head very comfortably. Service was friendly without being pushy or over the top. I just may get another pair!
