K	Kaitlin Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience!! My first trip they had my prescription wrong. My second trip one of the workers broke my frames. My third trip I took my glasses home to find out the prescription was still wrong because it hurt my eyes and the frames hurt my ears. I set up an appointment to refund them, then called later to change the time just to find out if I didn't call that no one would have been there that day because they aren't even open. Why the employee set me a date and time for a day they aren't open then didn't bother to call me to fix it is beyond me. If you want to save yourself A LOT of time and gas DO NOT GO TO WALMART VISION CENTRE. I regret going there the first time and wish I had of gone with anyone but walmart. If I could rate any lower than 1 star I would. If I lived in the city it would be different because travelling wouldn't be an issue, however I live over an hour away so having to go back multiple times is very frustrating considering the time I had to book off and the drives I had to make. Very disappointed in the entire situation.
D	Dave Myles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with Walmart peterborough for 3:15 i was there 5 min early and the lights were off i went to the service desk they assumed they were on break so we wondered about the store for 1/2 an hour i went back to the service desk they said something must have happened but they are closed? Next day I phoned in and spoke with a very nice lady told her about my experience and she told me just to come in and pick them up so i did i drove in and was net by a blonde lady that was very upset with me for not having an appointment...she went and git the glasses and when i inspected them they were not completely repaired as i had asked them she basically told me next time make an appointment and called the next lady in..unbelievable. bought all my glasses through this store you can see by the volume of sales they dont need to care about their customers that is for sure.
A	Ashley Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointmented with warranty. Scratch resistant didn’t last 4 months, had the lens replaced, second set only lasted 8 months. Because the 12 months was up (from first set) they wouldn’t replace the 8 month old lenses. Also don’t use glass for lenses, they use a poly, not disclosed at time of purchase. Not one to complain but you get what you pay for.
T	Tyler Fenton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure about the experiences other people have had but if you're prepared, have all of the things you need then the people at this vision centre will happily help you out and deliver excellent service. I had my eye exam done here and ordered my frames and lenses, they took a while because I have a peculiar prescription but they let me know that in advance. When I did get my glasses one lens had been manufactured with a defect, things looked like a fun house mirror. They sent them back had new ones in a few days for me, very fast. Eventually I broke my frame within a few months and I went in and within 30 minutes that they a new set of frames all set up with my lenses. I have honestly had exceptional service every time I have visited, and considering you're going to Walmart for glasses you should expect discount level service, although I can say what I have received has been nothing like that, top notch.

I called for an update to find my glasses had been sent off due to a defect and then called again to find they had arrived now properly made.
A	Amber Harris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience at the Peterborough Walmart Vision centre. I had my eye test done elsewhere but came here for glasses, despite some reviews I read. I was a little skeptical at first but I’m 110% happy with our glasses and the service that was provided. The optician was so friendly, helpful and very accommodating; even after I declined the anti glare and then changed my mind 2 days after receiving the glasses. She ordered new lens with the anti glare and will quickly switch the lens when they come in and my daughter doesn’t have to go without glasses again. A super simple process that was executed perfectly. At the end of the day, I’m thankful and happy with the staff at this location!
M	Macey Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young guy tried really hard to talk me out of getting glasses because my prescription is low, his statement even started with "I'm not a doctor but-" and advised me to see my optometrist again so I did call my doctor to clarify. Returning again today the young man then seemed upset and had an attitude because I mention that I did talk to my doctor, who was upset the young man working was giving unqualified and unsolicited medical advice without knowing the rest of my eye doctor's concerns.

She also tried changing my appointment to an hour earlier then was booked. Would not let me get a word in over the phone and then hung up on me mid sentence... I cancelled our appointments her behaviour was unacceptable
