She genuinely took the time to explain all the frame options and ensured it would best fit my prescription, her care and due diligence is always appreciated and I will not go anywhere else. Jess’s service offered is unparalleled because her expertise and knowledge help build trust with yourself so you truly know you are in good hands! My favourite thing about Jess is that she will make sure you leave with a pair of glasses that you feel confident in, are comfortable to wear and seriously makes sure your prescription will fit any frames picked out. I would honestly argue that since I started getting my glasses with Jess, her excellent measurements have definitely ensured that my every changing eye prescription has significantly slowed down - and I have no one else to thank other than Jess! My eye doctor mentioned having perfect measurements with a great frame is key for myself with a high prescription and I know I am in the right place. Thank you Jeff and Jess personally for outstanding service year over year.

The staff are always helpful in helping select the right frames.
Jessica has always been wonderful. She will make sure you find the right frames and answer all your question.
Selection of frames and brands is large and pretty fairly priced to what you find other places for same brands.
They stand behind what they sell and are helpful if something goes wrong with your frames.
I also find the extended coverage worth it for the price if something happens (it has for me).
Overall very happy with Pearle Vision and I will definitely be back.
