Aaron was awesome and took the time to explain each step of the appointment. Dr. Reid was kind and the checkup was prompt and easy. Also had a great convo with Tammy and the staff at the front. They patiently watched me try on a bunch of frames and offered great advice. 10/10 recommend!
L	Linda L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow!! I avoided Iris because I thought it would be too expensive!! I was wrong. I’m getting my contact lenses cheaper than Costco.....and the service is over the top. My eye exam was very thorough, perhaps the most comprehensive I’ve ever had. Dr. Adam Reid was professional, personable, and I knew I was in good hands......I will be back!! A special thanks to Dorothy for all the extra information she provided to me about costs, future choices for eyeglasses etc......

Aaron was so nice and accommodating - my glasses were in major need of an adjustment but he was able to discern it was the fancy metal nose pads that could be the problem and replaced them with the clear plastic cushy ones and just like that my glasses stay up on my face/nose and I can see. The cost was zero! Great customer service and our family will be back for future needs. Thanks again for helping me - what a difference!!!!

G	Green Diva Apothecary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had perhaps the best eye exam I have had, but I found the staff pushy and disinterested in my concerns and needs. They don't let you pick out your frames, even from a distance and so you are forced to select from products don't want, or would never need. The standard pair I usually buy is about $375 total before taxes, when I choose. I'm not fancy. But, the frames I was allowed to select from began at $400 without lenses etc. They also would not listen to me when I told them they were contacting the wrong insurance carrier and that is why there were no benefits. They dismissed my claim and charged me in full for my exam, when it is free for disabled people. Don't go here. They are just trying to make up lost revenue due to Covid and they will suck you dry of every penny you have. Beware.

I had repeated nose pain with other adjustments at the place where I did purchased my glasses. I offered to pay for the service but she did not accept. So impressed with with the friendliness and helpfulness. Thank you so much! And my glasses don’t hurt my nose anymore!
