★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the thing. We’ve had to use this vet a few times for emergencies. The vets are great... the front staff could use a little work. They are nothing but rude, short and insensitive. There is a ‘be kind’ sign on the door and they should really learn to practice what they preach. Extremely disappointed with the way they treat their customers over the phone and in person.

They are such a busy place and we were so fortunate that they got us in a week earlier than our scheduled appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the vets are great. One veterinarian made us feel guilty about our pet that passed away. Another time one of the receptionist laughed at me and accused me of being YEARS late on my cats vaccinations when she was actually reading off my DEAD cat that I lost unexpectedly. The receptionists are also often telling you different things which causes a lot of stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly the vets that are here are great. Recently had my elderly Moms dog get sick and she passed away and the Veterinarian that took care of her was fantastic. My review is regarding the front end staff which I feel are lacking people skills. I have found on occasion that the receptionist area is not very welcoming nor friendly. Very curt and short with people. Having dealt with another clinic in another town whose front end staff were very welcoming and personal I was pretty disappointed to where I would rather drive there then come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very caring vets and good end of life care with a comfort room when the time comes. Conservative on treatment and good about discussing options with you before doing. Just wish they had some weekend hours and ways to mail-order food - it’s inconvenient to take hours out of the workday just to drive a long way to get prescription cat foods in a rural area like this where they’re the only provider.
