Big store packed in a little building. This Canadian tire has a huge selection. The isles seem narrow but only because the store has packed so many things in one space. I appreciated finding everything I needed plus some extra camping stuff that I probably didn’t need! Recommended

Pretty standard department store. I think they're short staffed at the moment so lines at checkout sometimes get a little long.

I came in for an oil change which was fine and the mechanic checked my cv boots which was nice and found a torn one but ignored three major issues in my front driver side wheel all of the ball joints where dangerously lose to the point where it could have fallen apart on the road. If your checking iner cv boots you Should have definitely caught that so I will never be coming back to this for inspection and parts. Worst place ever….

Never again!! Like ever! Booked today for front shocks install on old truck 2wd easy job. I told the service guy I wanted them to do it since upper shock nuts were seized and I didn't have a torch or grinder wheel to cut the nuts off. Lower bolts came out easy. Service guy never told tech this info. Tech calls me saying they won't use any torch or grinder to cut the nuts off no room. Said they'd need to remove the upper control arms to remove shocks. Quoted double what service guy quoted due to this extensive job. So, drove it home, cut the little nuts off with a grinder and installed the shocks myself. One hour! Been fixing cars for over 38 years. Any tech that's done this simple job knows you don't need to remove control arms for a shock. I just wanted a break from fixing it myself. Spoil myself for a change. Ding'd me $70 to put things back together?!?! What, drive it off the hoist and park it?! I'm done getting shafted from garages and I'll never come back here again. Now my sister's about to drop $3000 at this place for new brakes, rims and tires. I warned her too. No bloody wonder I keep fixing my own stuff I'm the only one I trust. I rarely ever post reviews but this one is deserved. I'm DONE.

Today I went in with a item that had broken after a few days use, I didn't have the receipt. Sam helped me out and after seeing that they were out of stock she went to check when more would arrive. After finding out that they were on the truck that was being unloaded she took my phone number and said she would call me when she had one in her hands for me. Sam followed through with this and I had my replacement the sameday. Awesome work Sam, that was great service.

We loved this little Canadian Tire! Small store that is packed to the rafters and the workers are very helpful. One went out of their way to help us 2 separate times until our problem was resolved. We had to return some stuff and had no problem and also we found some VERY good sale prices! It was a nice surprise to find in the little town of Invermere!
