It arrived with bright red sticker seals on two sides of the box that said "call customer support if seals broken" we did as instructed and the call center told us to open it anyway. The crib had clearly been resold after someone had opened it and not repacked the base of the crib so our daughter has nothing to sleep on. Missing parts and damaged. When we phoned customer service they said we had to repack and deal with organizing shipping return. Very unimpressed with this customer service experience, will not be ordering online from costco again. The nerve to resell used product as new is breathtaking. And then put the burden of organizing return on the customer is the icing on the cake. For shame, get your act together costco
H	Holly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to like shopping here. However the last few times I was there I has harrased about signing up for the executive card. I told the lady I don't buy much. I go once every few months for a few items. She kept insisting I should think it over. When I asked her to leave me alone she got right nasty with me and got in my face. I'm canceling my membership and not coming back.

I was wearing a mask and at the end unpacking on the counter. I have a soft quiet voice normally so was talking loud as I did not think she could hear me as the store was very noisy and she didn’t respond. I again asked the cashier if she did a subtotal and was spoken to with disrespect and yelled at for apparently yelling at her. I tried to explain that I wasn't yelling and didn't think she heard me however she continued to yell and disrespectful. Never smiled nor answered me about my subtotal and told me it was no big deal, she could do a subtotal at the end I didn’t spend over $500., plus a membership of $60 to be yelled at by a cashier. Will not go back there and would love to know how to complain about her. She needs to find another job.
S	Susan Downey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super busy, but checkout lines moved quickly. Having lived in the USA for decades I was " sure" Costco would be hugely more expensive once I moved back home. Surprisingly it was not. My regular purchases had a marginal price increase at best. Love what you can find here on any given day and the gas prices are always better then in town.
K	Ken Helbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of staff around to help out. Clean and tidy. No lines at cashier. Had most items except the lobster tails and kitty litter. Only issue at 5pm long line to exit store with only 1 employee. Is this the new norm as this was also an issue in Pickering store last week but they also long line at cashier. Seems like an easy fix to keep customers happy and get a 5 star.
I	IT STIX Signs & Graphics on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Costco, not as busy as some of the other locations closer to the city but always well stocked with everything you could need. Fresh croissants are always delicious! Staff are super friendly and helpful and checkout lines move fairly quickly even on the busy days!
