★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are Extremely happy with our Hot Tub purchase from Adam Rose. After researching multiple Hot Tub manufacturers we decided on a Hydropool, now it was trying to find the Model we were looking for with out having to wait 7-8 months. I spoke with Adam Rose who was very knowledgeable, Adam knew his in stock inventory and what was on order, with in 5 minutes I was able to secure exactly what we were looking for. Delivery of the Hot tub was when Adam said it would be delivered, parts department was very helpful with extra accessories and the delivery team was excellent, very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend dealing with Adam and the staff at the The Hot Tub people store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We Moved in August of 2021 and wanted a new hot tub, I called these guy's and spoke with Gerry, He was great from the start and the delivery team was fantastic, They put it where we wanted and even installed the lifter for the cover.
I can't speak for the service side as I haven't had any issues yet but time will tell.
We purchased our last tub from a different company and their delivery & installation was literally a moving company dropping it off on our back deck and left the cover and lifter in the tub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first purchased our hot tub the sales, set up, and delivery were 100%. If you are expecting good service after the sale then I would strongly recommend going somewhere else for a hot tub. Our dynasty hot tub has been out of service for 7 weeks now waiting to hear back about warranty work for the shell blistering. From very few replies, not returning calls or emails, blaming no reply from dynasty, it seems they are just trying to wait out our warranty. They only way to get ahold of anyone here is to call the sales department, answer every time and are friendly, service on the other hand is the complete opposite. Would highly not recommend, only seem to get anywhere if you are there buying a new spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought another hot tub from another store and unfortunately they couldn’t deliver for me due to some incident that happened so I was desperate to get another one in a short period of time, and after visiting and calling so many different places I finally landed on hot tub people and thank God I did!!
Gary was absolutely amazing and professional and I ended up saving some money too and he was able to accommodate with delivery time which I know wasn’t easy at all! I would totally recommend this place to all my family and friends and have them deal with Gary ? thank you so much!

Overall she was amazing and made our experience very exciting! We drove almost an hour to their location specifically because she went above and beyond all other hot tub / spa providers in our area that I was in contact with. I dealt with Gerry and Chris, they work hard and make it happen. I highly recommend this company they are reputable and the staff is friendly. They even educate you how to keep it clean.
