★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great locally owned garden center. Hot tubs, lawn furniture, Sunbrella’s, seasonal decorations, Christmas trees, and a large indoor - outdoor garden space. Staff are friendly and attentive and there’s always somebody available to help. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy a lot here every spring. Today I purchased some dahlia tubers. I asked the a female staff member if they had anymore of a certain type and she was very abrupt with me. When I checked out I was disappointed to see the same female staff member at the cash. She once again, was abrupt, did not say a word to me nor did she thank me for my purchase. Just common courtesy. Never had this kind of service at Garrys before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sweet, helpful and friendly girl working at the checkout today (Aug 21st)! The 'mums' were a great price ($20 × 4 small ones) and beautiful as always. The teacup planter was from Garry's as well, love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am only rating as a 1 because there isn't a zero choice. Sale price for a hot tub was not honored when we arrived to make the purchase. Monica , who claimed to be the manager, raised the price from the agreed upon sale price that was promised to us by a much better and more pleasant and knowledgeable fellow by the name of Mark. Due to her rudness, by cutting me off when I tried to explain my conversation with Mark, and her lack of understanding and not offering any other solutions they have lost us as a customer. Their loss of $1000 to $2000 per year in sales. But I guess we are only a drop in their revenue bucket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service! I have been there 3 times this last week and the same man had helped me each time - I don't know his name but he's great! His initials might be KB or RB based on my warranty sheet. Always super friendly and makes sure you find what you are looking for.
