★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my truck in for an alignment. Mechanic called 10 minutes later saying he “needed 2-3 hours to get the tie-rod ends free”
Went back to the store to see my truck still in the parking lot. Never brought in. Now being a mechanic who changed the ball joints, days before I knew he was lying straight to my face. I would have replaced the tie-rod ends myself. I don’t have the equipment for an alignment. I don’t know if the manager encourages the mechanics to lie, maybe have a little respect for your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had a problem here. But never had an overtly great experience either lol. Their bikes are ride ready when you buy them... Unlike Walmart. Few times we buy there parts fall off.
Never had that issue with bikes from Canadian Tire. So if you are looking for affordable bikes. Canadian Tire in Camrose is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my vehicle in for an inspection at the auto shop there. Ran fine. Had a grind. During the inspection they messed around with my serpentine belt. It's now not routed properly on the pulleys. Will not be going back for any auto Care.
Very disappointing as I live out of town and could've been stranded on the highway if it wasnt caught soon enough.

But what is a trip to Canadian Tire without a cruise down the power aisles .... we happily picked up some seeds for planting and some pearlite .... spring is right around the corner ?. Isabella helped us with our purchases at the checkout and Jessica was doing a fine job keeping the store neat and tidy. This is a great store to shop in. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the winter I came in a few times to purchase hard water (ice) fishing gear. There was no specific winter section, boxes and product were strewn about (each visit) and when I did find something I wanted there was no price. And I wasn't about to bug the department staff (they had a lot on their plate already). Typically when I grab an item from its home, if it doesn't have a price on shelf or product I put it back. It's just such a nuisance as there are so Many items lacking prices.
Sometimes I forget to grab a basket or cart up front and when I do it sucks because there are none stacked at aisle ends or department desks... I end up putting many of the items back because I've not the arms to carry it all. Am I the only one that puts items back if can't hold them all? I doubt it!!!
Can someone tend to these issues at this store?
The staff are pretty awesome and knowledgeable and I hate that they have to work at a location like this.
Customers and staff deserve better!!!
