★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On all of my three visits I had great nurses, barely felt a thing and had a no longer than average wait. Would definitely recommend. There are no places to lock a bike at this strip mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse who administered the vaccines was super helpful and nice.
But one of the receptionists was rude. She was chatting and giggling with her colleagues instead of answering me. She looked me in the eye and still continued laughing with her colleagues instead of responding to my questions. I waited several minutes before she decided to ask if I had a question.
5 star nurse, 0 star receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our one year to get his vaccinations. Our nurse was very informative. She answered all questions. I would think it is always hard to do injections for kids. But she did tremendous job with injections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and it was fine. Booked my appointment a few days beforehand, and they had the vaccines I needed for my trip. Didn't have any issues with reception, and the nurse was very personable and helpful!
My only complaint would be that my appointment was a few minutes late, but it wasn't a big deal for me that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and unorganized service, I booked my HPV shot by the phone around 2 month ago, and when I checked again they said I do not booked, and I need to wait for one more month. And I am sure I given two calls to confirm my appointment. Waste time!
