★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profesional, fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Great services to use for minor emergencies, and blood work. My son got cut with a rusted patio chair and needed a tetanus shot. I called the clinic and they were able to see us immediately. I also used them when my son had an ear infection and his family doctor was not available for 2 weeks. They were able to see him the same day for a very small fee. It sure beats waiting in an emergency room for countless hours. I recommend them all the time and get great feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service at home! My daughter needed a vaccine done and Sabrina was very accommodating. She also vaccinated her little stuffed animal? to make her feel better! I’m grateful for these home services especially having young children! Highly recommend:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a great experience with this clinic! My daughter had an ear ache overnight and we managed to get an appointment the next day. Their staff was very friendly and were very gentle and patient with my daughter. To top it all off, they gave me a follow up appointment to ensure my daughter was fully recovered! 5/5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t recommend. I made an appointment through clicSante, next day I received a call from the clinic to confirm the appointment and the reason for the visit. I clearly explained that I had minor stitches to take off and the receptionist mentioned that there is a fee of $45 dollars, which at that time I didn’t mind because it’s a private clinic. Upon my visit I paid $98 dollars to take 3 stitches that were already falling apart that took less than a minute of the nurse’s time. In addition the nurse inflicted scratches while taking off the older bandage that I had on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 66yr old pensioner with diabetes, high blood pressure and other health issues. Booked apt through clicsante for flu shot. Showed up for appointment and was asked to pay 60$. I was under the impression that it was free in my case. I thanked them for wasting my time and left. I am on fixed income and met requirements for free vaccine. So why the rip off, how many others are also being taken advantage of. Please beware of people like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment with them, once I showed signs of a fever, I called to cancel the appointment 1 day before my scheduled visit. Since I had paid in advance, I asked them to reimburse me the 60$ fee to which they refuse. I am leaving on a trip for the next month and a half and have no reason to reschedule a blood test 4 months in advance, i find it appaling that they are not wiling to reimburse at least a portion of the fees paid. Be warned, never pay this company in advance, very disgusting politics.
**Note that the owners response said I only called on Friday after the appointment, this is not true, i called to cancel on the Sunday with a VM before the appointment as well as the Monday morning prior to the appointment and had no answer and no call back. The justification that the nurse has to be paid is invalid on account that if they allow me to come again for another appointment given that I paid, they will have to pay the nurse a 2nd time, so that should not matter and I was open to a partial reimbursement to account for costs that the company would have potentially incurred
