I had a wonderful experience in this school. The place is located next to a metro station, it is extremely clean, and the secretaries are always there to assist you. The instructor Ali was really supportive and went the extra mile to help me succeed the driver's exam. I will be eternally grateful. Thank you!

I am really happy that I chose this school for my driving lessons. The teachers are very kind, patient and answer all of my questions. The same goes for the receptionists when we call to make an appointment for our practical classes, they are patient, warm and organized. This school is very organized. The cars are from 2018 and up, I even believe there are some from 2021. The cars are amazing, very comfortable and always clean and smell great. They respond to emails very quickly. I'm really happy that the classes are online, which allows me to take my classes in the comfort of my home, which is really perfect for the winter since I hate going out! Very good school, I have nothing negative to say. Good job !

Thank you école Omega at St- Michel for your quality instructors and your amazing secretaries. Everyone takes care of you at the school for the teachers to the administration. They give you the best driving knowledge and tips to get through the saaq exam without worrying too much. I got my driver’s licence the first time and I am proud to say that Omega St-Michel was the reason behind my succeeding. Thank you again Omega St-Michel !

Great school, great secretaries & great instructors all around. My favorite instructors were definitely Steph & Jean Nesly, both very friendly, honest & very helpful, they always gave me good tips when it came to driving & parking. Great explanations at the end of each driving session on what I should work on. A huge thank you to the theory teacher Nico as well, I surprisingly paid attention to the online classes, this guy always had answers to the students questions & would keep us interested by interacting with us throughout the book. The reason why I put 4 stars is because they offered 5$ off renting a vehicle if I were to write a review, in the grey zone of google's policies. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend this school, fair to students & they don't have long wait times between in-car sessions.

I had a great experience at Omega St. Michel. I would definitely recommended using Omega driving school. The theory teacher Nick was great, he answered all questions and made the online classes enjoyable. I had Jean Lesly as my driving instructor ,I was nervous to drive at first but he made me feel comfortable , gave me great driving tips especially for parking. I never had any issues with booking my appointments , I was always able to get an appointment within a good timeframe and the receptionists were very helpful.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GO HERE I have had terrible experience after experience with this school. It is hard to know where to begin. Theory classes in English were taught mostly using Youtube clips and the instructor is terrible at getting to the point and expressing himself. I have had one good French instructor and one terrible French instructor who yelled at the camera throughout session. Driving courses were also a mixed bag. Some instructors were good and patient, while some had anger issues, littered while I was driving and said they hated their jobs. All of them did not speak English. Also, the payment services and receptionists were incompetent and rude and very punitive towards people who are working while taking the course. The payment schedule made no sense, and they frequently changed dates that I had to pay and then charged me late fees. They also often gave conflicting information, with certain ones telling me I couldn't book courses but then when I called back others booking me for the same course. Or telling me that everything is fine etc and even sending me condescending emails explaining the situation to me, despite that I knew I needed to finish my courses very soon. In that case, the next time I came in they shouted at me and told me I owe them a $200 fee or that they would cancel all my appointments. In that situation when I was also told my contract was expired I was given no leniency despite that I was only two weeks away from completion and that it wasn't my fault that several times during the pandemic the school was unable to book me due to the curfews in the winters and that I had been unable to take courses for a time as I was out of town caring for a sickly family member. When I brought my complaints to management I was told several times I would not be able to talk to a manager, and then finally transferred to her and was yelled at and told it was all my fault and that I shouldn't complain and just give them more money. I am absolutely shocked at the way this company functions and would give them negative stars if I could.
