★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service horrible. Impossible à rejoindre par téléphone ou en personne puisque les heures affichées ne sont pas les bonnes ou qu’ils raccrochent la ligne. J’ai dû payer pour une session que j’avais annulée parce que je n’étais pas capable de les rejoindre. J’ai dû changer de succursale puisque je déménageais et ça semblait être la fin du monde pour eux. J’ai dû me déplacer 3 fois juste pour ce problème. Quelques mois plus tard, ils m’annoncent que ma succursale ferme et me redirige plus loin. Évidemment, quand on essaye de les rejoindre, impossible. J’ai un cours dans une semaine que j’essaie de changer de date à cause d’un imprévu, mais personne ne réponds. Je ne paierai plus pour leurs erreurs et encore moins pour leur incompétence. Pire service que j’ai eu dans ma vie et de loin
Horrible service. Unable to reach by phone or in person since the times displayed are not good or they hang up the line. I had to pay for a session that I canceled because I was not able to join them. I had to change branch because I was moving out and it seemed like the end of the world for them. I had to move 3 times just for this problem. A few months later, they tell me that my branch closes and redirects me further. Obviously, when we try to join them, impossible. I have a class in a week that I try to change dates because of an unexpected, but no one answers. I will not pay for their mistakes and even less for their incompetence. Worst service I have had in my life and by far

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and sometimes sketchy, however well managed and the systems are accurate and practical. I must also mention that they do give classes on the weekends and appear to be accomodating on the schedules.
