We were uncomfortable with the vaccination, but the nurse took her time and was gentle and sweet. We recommend and will come back!

Their extended business hours made it easy for us to schedule an appointment after work. The nurse clearly explained what we would need to get, answered our many questions, and even noticed a vaccine that I had missed out on as a kid. The vaccines were administered efficiently.

The staff are very friendly and helpful . It was our first time at the clinic and we were very happy. We received great service regarding information about safety while traveling and recommendations for vaccinations .No pressure was made to close the deal, you choose which vaccinations you'd think necessary. The nurse took time to answer all my questions. Shout out to Rachel Dermers at the Laval location. Overall ,it was a very good experience, I highly recommend Passporthealth .
C	Conor Farrell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Recommended - Excellent and efficient service The appointment making process was seamless and speedy we had clinic options in Montreal, Laval and Ottawa and we got an appointment with a few days notice. We arrived an hour early than scheduled and Rachel took us right away with a smile. She proceeded to review our family's vaccine booklets with great efficiency, we recently returned from India and now are moving to Ghana, so there was a lot of information to examine. She was very familiar with the Ghana health risk profile and explained all the required vaccines and malaria prevention/medication options based on our location and projected time in Africa. The vaccines were administered very smoothly with particular attention given to our 5 year old daughter, we all did not feel a thing. We also got our immunization certificates which are required to enter Ghana and other countries in Africa. Rachel was also very comfortable switching between French and English as I'm not perfectly bilingual. Overall, we could be happier with the service, attention to detail and would highly recommend it.

Having arrived 30 minutes early, I was pleasantly surprised to have not had to wait. Rachel was very welcoming and took the time to help me understand the medical risks involved with my trip to China. She was not only knowledgeable but had clearly prepared for our appointment in advance. The whole process was pleasant and I left feeling comfortable and well prepared for my travels. Thanks again.
