We met few real estate agents and were very disappointed with their services. We were fortunate that we finally met Salah who made this whole process of buying a new home very easy and advised us with every step of the process. He understood our needs and showed us this property that is by far the best we have seen and within our budget. He showed us the whole area around our house to make sure that we are well acquainted with the amenities in this area. He also introduced us to Line who was our mortgage broker and was very helpful in getting us the mortgage. This was tricky as I was new to Montreal and had very few options for the mortgage. Salah also introduced us to the Home Inspector and the Notary so we were able to close the deal on time. He also advised us with many other services that were not part of his job but that were really essential for the first time buyers. He was always very transparent with every step of the whole process and helped us with his best ability. Even after closing the deal he has been following up still just to make sure that if we need any advice or if we have not been facing any issue. Me and my wife are really thankful to him for helping us in buying our first home and looking forward for further engagements with him in future :)
