 Poor phone service. Impossible to have a line, it doesn't even ring and it's always like that. How do I make an appointment with my doctor?

Had to leave this place after 50mins in waiting despite an appointment that was confirmed 3 months ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do share you my experience with this clinique which have just happened today. Yesterday, I made an emergency appointment at 10:00 am today for my daughter who is really sick, we went there and the receptionist told me" your appointment was cancelled. It is not the first time this issue happend for me and I am not the only person. It could be that they do not respect to the people and let some special people see the doctor. I called to the police but nothing was followed
