L	Lacey Skye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm currently a student at IBI Hamilton for the Medical Aesthetics diploma program and it has been the best post-secondary experience I've had. The class sizes are tiny, which helps your instructor get to know you quickly. Angela, Andrea, Ashorina, and Krista have all been absolutely phenomenal in making me feel welcome, and also boosting my confidence every chance they get. At this school your instructors are there for your success, and you can see that they love being there and helping you in any way they can. The hands-on experience is also not only fun but very insightful! If you're considering joining a diploma program or even just a class I HIGHLY recommend this school!

She keeps class entertaining and very fun for sure! Also, smaller class sizes are a huge plus, allowing for lots of one on one learning. I have picked up more in the first few weeks of my course then I have over years learning on my own. Definitely a great pick if you're looking for an amazing beauty school!

She's super kind, informative, and had a lot of great insight to the beauty industry. I highly recommend attending her class!

She made sure that she picked many of her students to be one of her models. I had a great experience with her and I am extremely happy that i was apart of her class. i recommend anybody who wants to do makeup to go to sophia and do her course as it was a 2 week prior course but I wish that it was longer as i enjoyed it very much. I would love to achieve my education and further more get a higher makeup degree with sophia.
K	Kurt Walling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife enrolled a couple months ago and was excited to start. Just a short time into the program she's almost in tears because she feels like she's been scammed. She's learning nothing from the course because she has an unqualified instructor that self professes her laziness. She's recently spoken with administration and all they do is make excuses and try to put blame on my wife telling here that she's just not interested in learning. Absolutely insulting. She is so upset, frustrated, disappointed and devastated with all of this that she is dropping out. She'll be the third one to do so in a small class. I've personally spoken with two other students who feel the same. Update: I'm pleased to find out that the school has agreed to a full refund.
K	Kuamka 2020 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When an entire group of students approach the management with serious and legitimate concerns that their instructor isn't doing a proper job and they're not learning properly and effectively (after paying THOUSANDS of dollars to take the course) and, nothing is done. Well, this is a recipe for eventual bankruptcy. Word will spread that the course isn't worth the money, potential students will go elsewhere and this school will close it's doors ... for good. LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE THAT ARE PAYING FOR YOU TO STAY OPEN! @ Response from the owner. You've already been spoken to. "We are sorry to hear that you are not happy" ... are just words. Your actions are what is needed. Speak to your instructors. Make sure they are qualified and not cutting corners and being lazy. Many are expressing that they aren't learning properly because the instructors are not properly doing their job. When we see a change. When we see these issues are being managed. When we see results I will update and possibly remove this review. Talk to your students. Don't ignore them. People are talking about dropping out and demanding their money back.
M	Makenzie Grimaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I began attending IBI in September of 2021 and just completed my medical aesthetics diploma may 2022, I have nothing but positive input towards this school and allllll of the instructors in it even admissions. The school overall is a very positive space and completely different from high school. Every morning students are welcomed with open arms and smiles and instructors are more than happy to be able to teach each and every one of us, their happiness is to be able to watch us grow from the very first day we walk in to our last, they treat each and every student equally with no hesitation of offering help and support even after completion of the course. I recommend this college over any for any of the courses offered as the instructors love to share knowledge and you will be heavily taught and informed of all courses with every question you have answered. Aside from my medical aesthetics I took 5 extra certificate courses and I’m so glad the instructors persuaded me to do so and encouraged me to help build my portfolio! I highly highly recommend this school! I promise you won’t get let down! I made many friends in this school of all ages, all students are mature and caring and there to learn! overall I wish I could have went here longer than I did it’s sad to have to go onto the next chapter of my life but I’m glad I had the opportunity to graduate from this amazing school!

All staff I happened to encounter in passing were very welcoming and positive. I found it a good place to learn a new trade I have no prior experience in. Next on my list is nail art then lash technician:} I also liked that I could park in their lot during the evening class.
