Stephanie made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure and everything she was doing in detail. I had my consultation and first treatments all in the same appointment. The procedure itself was tolerable and relatively pain free. Looking forward to going back and being hair free! Would definitely recommend Stephanie and DDG Med Spa to anyone looking for laser hair removal in the Hamilton area.

Edeona did my skin assessment and facial she was very knowledgeable and had a relaxing and gentle touch which is so nice when getting a facial. I love the vibe here, definitely my new go to spot for getting DDG

I Got the old machine every single time except for my LAST session today “ they gave me the new machine only on my LAST Appointment! & I also had to shave a HELL of a lot b4 each session. ( why am I shaving so much with no results) I came to all my appointments , did not tan for a year and followed all the pre and post instructions! And voiced me opinion and was not offered anything except to book and pay for another session! Shame on you!! Never Going Back Here !

What really stands out for me is having your aesthetics provider be honest with you and provide good advice. Lisa declined my desire for filler and instead told me to wait to see how my Botox settled. This means a lot to me and I will continue coming back! Thank you for your trustworthy service and advice.

Couldn’t believe the amazing results we received from our facials. Such a great environment from the girl at the front desk welcoming us and making us feel at home to our appointment with Stephanie. Stephanie really took the time with our facials and made sure we got the Service we deserved. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!!!!!
