★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Experience. When I started attending this clinic, I addressed a specific concern that I had, requesting they keep an eye on the situation. After 2+ years not once was my concern addressed or acknowledged. I took the initiative to contact a specialist and my concerns were right. I was then rudely addressed by the clinic when I advised that I should come less frequently for cleaning to reserve my funding for the specialist. I was questioned as to why I thought I could just call them and not wait for a referral. The administration here is terrible, I was told that I could pay my copay on the next visit. A week after my appointment, I started receiving invoices in the mail requesting payment asap. Most recently, I paid my copay at the appointment (I learned my lesson with this the first time), but yet I still started receiving invoices requesting payment for something I had already paid. This clinic only cares about your coverage, not what is needed and will do their best to maximize the invoicing to ensure they milk every last penny from your benefits plan.
