★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not have enough great things to say about this dealership. I worked with Matt (Sales Person), Sarah (Finance) and Jim (Owner). From start to finish my experience working with the Integrity Subaru team was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Matt has great product knowledge and was friendly and professional to deal with. He had all the vehicles lined up and ready for me to view when I got there. He was able to answer all of my questions and was wonderful to work with. Jim and Sarah walked me through the financing and leasing options, they were both delightful, approachable and professional and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. If I could give more stars I would, A+++++++++!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deb was awesome during my purchase of my new Subaru Outback Wilderness. She was able to work through with me during a few hiccups while the deal was finalized. I travelled from Manitoba to pick up the car and highly recommend the dealership to any that are looking for a new Subaru. Very typical of the dealerships you saw in most small towns years ago. Small and really care about customer service. The vehicle was promised on time and my trade in was given proper value as I had done my research. Thanks Integrity Subaru

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After two months of watching the market and talking online with sales reps, I found the used Mercedes-Benz SUV I wanted and a sales rep that I felt comfortable with.
I drove seven hours to Integrity Subaru in Trail and found everything as expected.
Sales rep Deb and owner Jim (who I didn't meet) went the extra mile to make my long drive worthwhile.
I'd deal with Integrity Subaru again and can recommend it to friends.
Also, I spent a night in the nearby Best Western Plus and found it exceeded my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible quality check on a 3 years old Forester, still waiting for parts were supposed to be replaced after few weeks "warranty". Now the car has some interior lights not working, exhaust heat shield rattling, gas pistons of trunk wonk lift it and tires rub on front wheel well. Very disappointed, a car shouldn't have these many problems after weeks/months of use, and I'm talking about 25 grand price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can not recommend enough! Purchased a pre owned ford escape a few days ago l, this was my first time purchasing from a dealership and the fine folks at Integrity Subaru made it painless. Stacey Markin was patient and understanding and did not push anything on me. She listened when I told her what I was wanted in a vehicle helped me find what I was looking for and also helped me navigate the world of financing (being this was my first purchase from a dealer it was all a bit confusing) but Stacey made it simple and fun! Will definitely be using Integrity Subaru again when I want to trade in or get some servicing done ! Thank you Stacey!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a new Outback Wilderness from Integrity Subaru. Thanks to Stacey and Brian, the transaction was seamless. There was some delay in getting the car and some accessories because of the current supply chain issues and recent road closures but the gang at the dealership did all they could to expedite the process. Thanks also to Don for the prompt service once parts arrived.
