★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashley’s was great to work with. Jessica helped me with all my questions and showed me samples of all the materials for sofas I was interested in. She also explained the different fabrics. I was shopping for a charity on a limited budget and they gave us an excellent price on two sofas. The sofas look excellent in our space and the youth are so excited to have comfortable seating. Hats off to Ashley’s!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I went in to see about getting a new couch and ottoman set. We were greeted by Jas and he immediately welcomed us to his store. Jas and his team are fantastic, they know there stuff and will help you find the right furniture for your family and home. We looked at alot of couches and combed through brochures and could not make up our minds on the right couch. Jas assured us that he had the "right" couch for us and took us to the last couch we had not seen yet. We'll it was the "one", we sat on the couch with Jas and decided right there that we wanted it. We'll there was no stock except the one we were sitting on, it looked like it was going to be quite a wait. Jas wanted to help us out and decided to let us buy the floor model.
We will and have kept going back to see Jas and his team for all of our furniture and appliance needs. We highly recommend Ashley Homestore in Trail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an adjustable bed and it came with a defective remote. They said they would order a new one and set it up. 8 months later and 6 visits and still have no remote. Horrible service and they don't care about the customer at all.
