I started out preparing to reupholster an older piece of furniture and instead decided to purchase a new one. We are very happy with our decision. We had two favourite pillowed recliners refurbished recently and we’re absolutely thrilled with the result. It probably dated from the 1930s. 6 years ago we bought a new modern sofa and our 'old' sofa sat under the deck in the back garden - a cool place to sit in summer and probably a shelter for spiders and any number of insects. Modern sofa didn't stay the course and we got in touch with Hartmann wondering if they could reupholster our old sofa. With a lot of help and gentle, knowledgeable advice from Micheal at Hartmans's we chose a fabric. They collected and said it was the heaviest love seat ever! Three months later we are enjoying looking, loving and sitting on this beautiful piece of furniture. I recommend Hartmann's to anyone who is thinking of upholstery. They have knowledge, expertise and a way of making you to feel that you are partners in making your furniture beautiful
