★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude sales lady in the nanaimo location. I believe she was the manager as well. As soon as we mentioned status cards for tax free her whole demeanour changed. She had a bad attitude and was very unprofessional. We decided to spend our 7 grand else where. They have nice couches and stuff but a majority of the fabric that we chose was unavailable. There was also a really long wait to even find out if the fabric is even available. So, if you are First Nations stay away from these POS
