We looked at beautiful grey fabric sectional that would have been perfect except on further measuring at home it was too big. It also had a pull out to make a bed. After looking at that we looked at round table and chairs. Walking around the store we came across a beautiful lught grey chair that was perfect. Since it was on clearance we had to buy it then and there. We applied got approval and brought our chair home.

Two weeks later a technician came over to check it out, he was unable to fix it. That was Nov. 29 and now it's Dec. 16 and still no one has contacted me to fix my chair or give me a new one. I paid $2000. for a new chair...I expect it to recline. Definitely not happy with The Brick. You got 1 star because I couldn't enter 0

Got a call a few weeks later with a 4 month delay on it. Terrible customer service - no apologizes or compensations for the troubles from customer service and management. Just canceled over. Never going back.

I am a very difficult person to purchase items because it’s an investment that I make for I work hard for my money and don’t want to throw it away. Clinton greeted me at the door and wasn’t pushy. He was approachable. We spent time looking for the best fit for my purchases. I am blessed. He took care of me and I received more than I thought I’d get. Miigwech/Thank you Clinton.
