I own a small business and required to print labels here in Ottawa because it’s now where I am living. I called around everywhere excited when King told me he could accomplish the unique label printing style I was looking for. He had me send him a pdf version of the labels I needed printed in order to get a quote but he insisted I come into the shop. A few weeks later I did, we initially had great enthusiastic conversations on the phone and I was eager to be working with Mr.king but when I brought in my materials to do a test print I was told it would have to be done with someone else’s project later that day because my job was too small. This makes sense, I was understanding of this however, when he told me that he would call me back to let me know how it printed he never did. It took 3 pestering days of me calling and asking until it was finally done the 3rd day. Once the test run was finished (unsuccessful) Mr. king was nice enough to suggest another style. This style seemed to work great, but it also took me a few days to get an answer on if it worked or not as he would continue to tell me that he hasn’t done it yet. So altogether this same issue happened twice. However, I was desperate and in a time crunch. A couple days later I got all of my files together ready to bring them in to print and when I walked in I could tell king was annoyed with how much work I had. The pricing scheme was done in front of my eyes as he made it up on the spot. When I asked to understand the invoice breakdown further he answered very condescendingly and annoyed with my questions. How I see it is, If I am going to invest in something I want to understand where my money is going. King could not do this for me and it was just an extremely unprofessional experience. Its unfortunate I ended up walking away empty handed having wasted 3 weeks on a label company because of the complete absence of professionalism and communication.

Excellent service from the owner/operator King Lu. I called three places in Ottawa to get a quote to print an image on a baby onesie for a baby shower. He had the best quote, and the baby onesie was very good quality. Especially grateful that he was able to help me at the last minute. We are very pleased with the final product. Thank you again.

horrible service. don’t go here. they told me my shirt would be ready the next day, and i came in 3 days later and the shirt was not ready, 2 days after they said it would be. they did not call me to inform me at all and when i asked why they didn’t call me he responded with “i forgot to” horrible and unorganized

I had a poor experience with this company. I followed up with two emails and two phone calls before I received a first response on possible service. Communication was poor in the context of offering guidance and information on the most suitable options for my needs. There is no transparency in the pricing model leaving me to feel the prices are arbitrarily decided upon, I made a change to my order requesting less items and I was provided an updated quote with a price increase and no explanation to support it. I had to reach out again to ask for reasoning on the price change only to receive a generic explanation. Overall negative experience that wasted a week of follow up before moving on to other custom print options and it seems to make no difference to the owner.

Awesome, quick service at reasonable prices. The person who helped me ensured my t-shirt was designed exactly how I wanted. He also had it done within an hour when other places in Ottawa wanted to do next-day. Highly recommended!

I had a custom T shirt printed there many years ago. Screen print. My experience there was second to none. King made suggestions for the quality of my image and i followed his expert advice. All that to say my T 6 years later, still looks like the day i bought it. The highest quality, fair price, but the finished product is stellar. Other printers confirmed to me that they could not produce the quality. I have more projects to work with in the near future. Thanks King.

I've had two great experiences with this company. I've been looking for custom tshirt places in Ottawa, and while there are a few, there aren't that many who will do one-off, not bulk order tees. King at Instant Imprints has made two shirts for me and they've been great! Stellar quality and made quickly. King has been quick to answer my emails and make changes to my designs as well. Great service!!

Best experience I've ever had! The t shirt I had printed there was ready after only a day! The shop owner was very helpful at helping me layout the design on the t shirt, and he made an effort to have it ready the next day as I was on a tight schedule. 10/10 would recommend
