About Innovations Health Clinic

Starting with a medical degree in South Africa, Dr. Reddy went on to complete a residency in Anaesthesia as well as a Fellowship in Pain Management at the University Of Calgary Medical School.

Now a Clinical Professor at the University of Calgary faculty of medicine, Dr. Reddy provides resident teaching and mentoring. His philosophy of service to his patients is underscored by his embrace of mind and body healing, so much so that he is pursuing a PHD in Quantum Physics and Integrative Mind Body Medicine. Dr. Reddy also has a special interest in treatable and reversible causes of chronic pain.

In 2012, he opened Innovations Health Clinic, along with his wife, Sureshini Reddy (MBA PM), who is responsible for the daily management of both locations.

W	Will Fowler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gallas accepted our family as our family doctor. Two months later he informs us he is moving to Victoria (after explicitly telling us he was staying). Today he cancelled my appointment 1hr before it was scheduled. No commitment to patients to be found at this facility.
J	Julie Rothnie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give it a zero if I could. I booked a meet and greet and I called ahead to make sure things were running on time, as I have exactly a half hr for lunch. They said yes, everything is on schedule and I waited in a cell by myself for 25 minutes and saw no one. I left and when I told them why I had to leave, I got an attitude like I should have all the time in the world. I have a strict schedule...my time should be respected too. I would have been billed had I failed to show up. Still don't have a doctor and I didn't get lunch... Now I'm hangry.

He is a good listener and knows what blood work to test for and how to read it. Which is an issue I dealt with in the past with other doctors I have seen. Specifically for thyroid health! He is kind, professional and up to date with new research.He also is familiar with alternative treatment plans. A added bonus is he is covered by Health Care. He has helped me with my thyroid, chronic pain and just peace of mind knowing I am in good hands.
J	Jewls V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr Reddy to help manage my migraines. the first appointment we quickly chatted for 3 minutes, he gave me injections and needling and ran out of the room. his assistant came to remove the needles 10 minutes later. the next time I came to see him he came into the room WITH A SYRINGE ALREADY IN HAND and said "what are we doing today?" I said "injections? but not with that needle, can you get a new one?" He loudly sighed, stormed out of the room, came back empty handed, got a fresh needle, and proceeded. I have had blood results get lost in their system, and I didn't get a call back for bloodwork that indicated serious health concerns. twice I've booked appointments for chiro (LOVELY FEMALE CHIROPRACTORS) but arrived to a miss communication and there was no appointment made for me. The phycologist I was seeing was regularly late, for my appointment. ATLEAST 15-30 minutes late. the chiropractors I see and the phycologist I see are lovely, But the place is so poorly managed, there is a lack of communication, and Dr Reddy made me feel like a cow on a milking line. his injections are "free" aka covered by alberta health, and that is why he rushed in and out and has no interest in getting to know his patients, because we are all just cash cows for him. I'd give the place a zero if I could

Naturopath at this clinic works limited hours or has a schedule that was not suitable for my schedule. Front desk was (who I called to book an appointment) was not at all interested in finding any creative solutions. The lady that answered my call just said "Ya your timings dont match. You better try someplace else".
M	Morgan Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to give you an idea on how awesome Dr. Welsh is..she is my family doctor.. or was. I'm currently in Ontario. However I am planning to move back to Calgary because Dr Welsh is such an amazing doctor. I have chronic and complex health conditions. I've been in Ontario over a year and was told I had 5-8 year wait to get a family doctor. With my health I need to have access to a dr.. I get chronic infections. Guess who is helping me? Take a guess! It is Dr Welsh. There is no medical care where I am in Ontario. I would give Dr Welsh infinite starts if I could. And Lisa..what can I say about her. She is personable and has always bent over backwards for me. Even though I am still in Ontario she still bends over backwards for me. The care I get here is second to none. Thank you Lisa and Dr. Welsh!

The clinic itself is very bright and modern and the staff are always professional and polite. Dr. Galas is a fantastic physician who takes his time to properly assess your health concerns and provide you with the most effective and efficient treatment. His competent, calm and caring demeanor is exactly what I was looking for in a family doctor, and he has helped me drastically improve my health over the past months. Thank you, Dr. Galas!

I have had rheumatoid arthritis for 20 years yet Dr. To dismissed my need for metatarsal pads in my orthotics and only agreed after I insisted that I would be I. Pain without them. The clinic does not direct bill and the receipts provided are difficult to submit a claim as all devices appear on one receipt. The font listing Dr. To’s service is a pale grey… hard to photograph and submit to insurance online. I waited 4 days for Dr TOS assistant to return my call. One star is too much for This clinic in my opinion.
