She's always excited to get there and truly loves the staff - Nicole and Amy are her faves for sure! They are true supporters of the community and take pride in their business....so happy to have found them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had car trouble as out of towners, and were running late to collect our girl from daycare. These sweet people wouldn't let us pay, saying we'd had a rough enough day! I have to assume our pup was a good girl for them ? but that was just a really awesome thing for them to offer. If we are ever back in town or know someone who is, you bet Innisfail Boarding Kennels will be at the top of our list for dog care! Thank you IBK!!

Our dog is a rescue and can be fairly nervous, which in turn makes me nervous to leave her, but the staff here know her and greet her so warmly when she comes in and praise her as she's getting more and more comfortable with them. It's a huge relief to not worry about her while we are away. The staff are pleasant and accommodating and we are thankful to have found this place!
