They are pathological liars. They pay 40% lower than av. market pay in Alberta. They are a group of hecklers; while working you may - at any minute - expect a heckler to come by and stick their hands in the work sheets on your desk in a very vulgar and rude manner. They don’t have enough tools to carry out required work. Right from start they ask you to surrender to them documents and tools you brought from previous organizations you worked for. If you bring your tools to do the work, they hack the flash drive once you stick it into the PC. They use pirated software (e.g. Adobe Acrobat). They set up a desktop PC that sounds like a helicopter, keyboard, screens, mouse are covered with filthy crud. They let you sit in a 3 x 3-foot cubicle and you hear all of the coarse language coming from other workers around you. More than 90 % of their estimates are based on assumptions. They hire a junior welder to be an engineering project manager. Your supervisor always treats you as their competitor. No leadership at all. There are places in their buildings that you can’t bare the stink for a second. The worst work environment and you learn nothing but bad practices and lying. Avoid this welding shop like the plague.
