I was diagnosed with having severe sleep apnea following a night study at the UBC Sleep Clinic. The doctor prescribed that I follow up by purchasing a CPAP to alleviate the condition and as a health precaution and improvement. I will admit that I was skeptical and leery of the use of equipment of this nature on an overnight condition of retiring at night. To be clear, she is totally knowledgeable and experienced in the field and also the various devices to improve or significantly limit the effects of sleep apnea, you will realize that in a short time. She will review your diagnosis, answer your questions, and then carefully go over the options to relieve the symptoms. A complete explanation of the various CPAP units was carefully explained and the suitability of each for different people and occasions. Once a choice was made Nancy went over the set up and use of the device for a home trial. We got home and followed her description for a very easy set up and good to go trial. During the trial period, Nancy was available at all times by phone, text, email to answer any questions. During the trial period she was always patient and supportive. At no time, ever, was there ever a hint of pressure to purchase a CPAP. I never felt there was an expectation to buy, only an all out effort to find relief for my medical condition. It was my very good fortune to find a person with a wealth of expertise and experience and the personal traits to be able to transfer that to myself, a person who entered this with doubts. She is gifted in this field. Every step of the way is cared for and the outstanding care continues once you purchase a CPAP with all important follow up re the use, assistance with insurers, machine set up changes, everything, IRS, Nancy Jang were game changers for me, I earnestly and heartily recommend that if you require this kind of health care to be certain to at least include them in your search for assistance.. I will be forever grateful for this company's service and that of Nancy Jang. It has made a significant improvement in my sleep pattern and overall health. It may not have happened had I not made the correct choice.
