I finally decided to give Ideal Protein a try after seeing a couple of friends achieving great results with it. I started my journey about 2 years ago with Neda McLaren and was impressed and surprised by the results. I lost about 21-22lbs in 3-4 months and was able to maintain the weight for a long time after. My other friend who started the program with me also lost about 20 lbs. Yes, the program is effective as long as you follow the protocols but I owe much of my success to Neda. She is knowledgeable, calm and super supportive. I don't know how exactly she does it but she really motivates you to push for your goals. I gained a few pounds after she left for maternity leave but now that she is back I am back on the program as well. I know I am in good hands :)
