What a lovely place! I was in the neighbourhood and decided to have lunch. The salmon bowl was so delish! Service was comparable if not better to large scale downtown restaurants even as we had a table outside enjoying the warm autumn day. Highly recommend!

First of all, let's talk about the sizes. Poke is healthy but does not mean I got a portion about 1/2 to 2/3 size of other restaurant poke bowls. The crispy onion is small too and feel like sprinkled instead of being like a topping. So is the miso soup. The size of the soup is not a soup bowl (which relatively smaller than rice bowl) but a cup size. Second, the ingredients are way below average. Fish is not very good; cucumber is very thin. Miso soup has no taste. Avocado isn't fresh either although not sure if it's because out of season. Last and most importantly, the price. The miso soup is like $1~$2 more than nearly all Japanese restaurants I have ever been, which was fine until I saw the size and actually taste it. The poke is also not worth it consindering it's size and ingredients. I could literally get $2 less, with the add-ons, reasonable sized and fresh, tasty ingredients at other poke places.

Got the delivery, the food was fine for the most part, until I hit this one piece of salmon that was straight up FOUL. The rotten flesh smell went straight up my nose, and I had to spit everything out. DISGUSTING.

Recently discovered this place in the neighbourhood. I built my own poke bowl and it was delicious. They are generous with the ingredients and it tastes very fresh. The service was friendly and prompt, and the bowl was also plated really nicely. I will definitely be returning!

Driving along West Broadway I spotted a Pokay! Love Poke, pulled over and went to try. It's a small store front and can be missed if you're not looking. Inside is clean, a few tables and gives a warm feeling walking in. On the menu there are poke bowls suggestions and build your own. I selected the Volcano with Aburi Salmon..yum. As I was watching the bowl being put together I couldn't wait to eat it...and it got even better when the torch came out for the salmon, the aroma or charred fish..can't be beat...mouth watering.. The flavours of the bowl were good however it seemed to all taste similar after a few bites. The rice was not Japanese rice, disappointing. There also needed to be some crunch to contrast the soft textures. Unfortunately, this was only the second poke bowl I haven't finished. They have a TV above the counter behind the serving bar showcasing some dessert with taro and they looked good.

This is the slowest salad serving I have ever had. It's like waiting for a complete French dinner. If you like to wait for 30min for a salad, you are welcome.

This little shopfront eatery on West Broadway is a favourite stop for my daughter and me when we are looking for lighter food with great flavours and freshness. We always build our own bowls. Mine (pictured) is usually shrimp and tofu, crabmeat, seaweed salad, avocado and cucumbers. Ponzu Mayo and all of the toppings really make these bowls great, especially the crunchy onions.
