★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The opening hours for this place posted here, on their front door, and on delivery apps are false. Have tried them twice in the last few months, first time (a full hour before they claim to close) we were at the door and the worker inside just shrugged and kept cleaning up. Tried to order via a delivery app today (a good 30 minutes before close) and the order got canceled after 30 minutes i.e. they didn't bother to respond to it. I appreciate it's difficult to find staff at the moment but it's not difficult to post accurate opening hours. Lazy disregard for customers. Won't be attempting to go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE BEST SANDWICH IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!!! I got the ABC Club and it is TO DIE for!! I have moved away from Vancouver and dream every day of my return so I can down as many of these sandwiches that I can stomach! I can’t describe why exactly the sandwich is so good, it has avocado, bacon and chicken which are all pretty common ingredients, but even when I tried to recreate it at home it was not the same. Drop by and get an ABC and if you speak French like the chef, you might get onto the VIP list. Au revoir!!

It was very tasty and I did appreciate there was a decent amount of protein in there.
Just feel for $16 + tax + tip is a little pricey just for a sandwich. It’s crying out for a small handful of crisps and a slice of gherkin for that price.
Also the guy taking my order was horrendous. He forgot the order twice when I was giving it to him. And when I came back 15 minutes later to collect the order he said he forgot again and I had to wait another 10 minutes! Very close to giving it 3 stars, but maybe it was his first day so I thought I’d give him the benefit of the doubt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite sandwich spot in the city, and I've been going for a few years now. The interior is warm and inviting, with an absolutely gorgeous, hand drawn menu board. But the thing that impresses me the most is the quality of the ingredients and food. It is very clear to me that the owner takes pride in the food he serves, and I've always gotten the impression that he would not serve food that he himself wouldn't eat and enjoy. The meat options are always fresh and hearty (no thin, highly processed meat with questionable textures), and they offer unique vegetarian options as well. The Dahl soup is delicious. The prices may come off as a bit steep but the way I see it, rent in Kits is outrageous, and you are paying for fresh ingredients made right. I've definitely eaten at other places in this price range only to be served frozen/processed pre-prepared food. So for me, the price matches the quality here, and it is why I continue to go back time and time again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No way!!!! I can’t believe I walked for years in front of this place without stopping by! I’ve tried today for the first time one of their sandwiches and their tomatoes soup, everything just “WOOOW” ??. What hit me the most was the care these guys are using to provide everything extremely fresh on your plate, free range organic eggs, fresh salads, avocado, real parmigiano reggiano everything was simply great! Friendly and well prepared staff complete what it was an already very inviting presentation since the very beggingin. Good work and tasty dishes! ??
