★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I go here I have an issue. I have been ripped off here so badly (after ordering first online) that I've contacted head office and complained. Even after this I decided to give them another chance and had issues again because I tried to order two separate currencies. They are completely incompetent.

Response from me:
I am not saying your company breaks the law. If that were the case, I would contact the police.
I am saying that your exchange rate is terrible, and thus the value of your service is terrible. The only people who are going to use ICE are people with no other option or who don't know better.
The purpose of reviews is to let others know whether they should use your service: I am saying they would get a better rate anywhere else.

I was on the arrivals level and told that the departures level would have what I needed, the lady on the arrivals level was so sweet. On the departures level so different of a story. I’m trying to put together a gift I had an odd request, She told me my gift idea was worthless and a waste of money. Would not help me. When I explained what I wanted said I would have to pay a different service charge for each bill I purchased. I have done this gift before and have never had a concern. I will NOT ever return to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i chose your money exchange at the Edmonton airport. Worst decision ever! This was Dec 11th, 2021 @6:29am and I never knew I was going to be scammed. I exchanged $300 US for pesos and knew there would be a charge. To charge a 20% fee is outrageous. I was never told the fee either when purchasing the funds. I will most definitely never use your service again and will spread the word to everyone I know and on social media.

My wife took her by there since they were passing through the Edmonton airport, and got totally gouged. They were way overcharged and not given a receipt, so I couldn't review the specifics, but even rough math and checking exchange rates online told me they were really taken advantage of. Neither I nor my family will ever use this company again and advise others to find a better, more fair, up-front and respectable business.
