β β β β β There were signs at the front desk that indicated BMO Air Miles World Elite Mastercards would be reimbursed upon payment of the full price lounge pass. This was also reiterated by the staff at the front counter. However, after a couple of weeks since my visit I did not notice any reimbursement on my statement. I called Mastercard Airport Experiences and they told me that they ended their partnership with Plaza Premium Lounge at the beginning of the pandemic, so the EIA location seems to be providing false information.
If my pass were covered, this would be a fair deal given the food and drink options as well as the friendly service. However, at $40/person, it's too steep considering the food and drink quality is better at other restaurants in the airport.

β β β β β Used to enjoy this lounge however it has gone so far downhill. Staff is very rude and the food is worse than a high school cafeteria. The salad bar and meat dish were empty for the 3 hours I was there despite asking for replenishing. Corn rice it is.

β β β β β The room was comfortable, however the food selections were sparse. Warm breakfast items consisted of scrambled eggs and sausage. Service was good and I enjoyed the latte!

However, staff, her name is Kiranjit.
She is really kind and friendly. She make me happy.

Some employees i found overwhelming and they are not welcoming as they accept mostly all credit cards.
Needs to update their menu.

β β β β β Only 4 items of food to choose from. We had 3 hour access and were told there is a limit of four drinks. I was very disappointed!!!!. We had 6 meatballs 4 tuna finger sandwiches and 8 drinks(4 each) for $120 CAD. If we had gone to a restaurant in the terminal we would have been better off. Plus charged my phone for an hour before I realized that the plug was not working because everything is on extension cords. Don't waste your money.

β β β β β Lovely quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. Delicious food and drinks (highly recommended the Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper soup if it's available!), friendly welcoming staff, nice comfortable seating, and lots of plugins to recharge your electronic devices. Would recommend, especially if you have loyalty cards that allow you access for free.
Edit to add: also follow signs for the washroom to find an additional seating area that is even more secluded than the main area.

β β β β β A very nice place to hang out while you are waiting for your flight. If you get in free with your airline rewards, then by all means go but if you have to pay to get in, Iβd go pretty much anywhere else. The food is like bad cafeteria food, the coffee isnβt fit to drink and the alcoholic beverages are of the lowest quality available. The staff is hot or miss. Much better value for your money going to any one of the multitude of restaurants available on the main concourse.
