β β β β β My wife and I are so grateful to have been referred to Ice Dreams Skating Academy. We have a 2.5 year old son who had absolutely no experience on skates and also had a really hard time being away from us, so we were hesitant to register him in the weekly lessons - especially with the covid-19 restrictions limiting us from entering the rink with him. We are so glad we took the chance because our experience has been extremely positive! Neda has gone above and beyond ensuring our child has the support he needs and the staff have been so patient and kind even when our son needs extra attention to help make him feel comfortable transitioning and learning a new skill. We are looking forward to the April break program and next season. We would highly recommend anyone looking for an academy with a solid reputation and skilled team!

β β β β β My daughter (4 years old) attended summer camp last week! She really enjoyed skating and other plays there. Sometimes, I watched my daughter's skating. Her skating ability has increased tremendously with professional coaches!! I hope she can also do a figure skating before the end of this summer.

β β β β β very disappointed with the cold and unaccommodating customer service. after spending a few terms for two kids and a bunch of our money at this club we will definitely not be back. did not appreciate that while we spent ~$1500 for two kids for 4 days of camp, they wouldn't start even the sign in/paperwork process (not receiving the kids) for our kids in 3-4 min before 9am to allow us to get to work relatively on time.

β β β β β good if you have younger kids but if you want to learn how to seriously skate i suggest woodbridge figure skating club they taught me more in my first day then all of my lessons here combined and letβs not forget about the huge price difference of $25 a class versus $100 a class where over here you learn nothing and they take all ur money!
I was taught by someone with seemingly low experience who is simultaneously teaching other children how to skate who would check in on me maybe twice in the whole hour lesson that I paid $100 for this place rips you off and and itβs not even certified by skate Canada.
they advertise that they are the best but that is simply not true I went here because I thought I would receive better attention but I was wrong this is the worst and most overpriced , which would make sense if I was being taught by an actual coach β¦.. but Iβm not so the price should not be glorified to such a high amount.
I am voicing my review here solely so other adults know not to step in here this place is very rushed and there's just no room for feedback was never asked as soon as the lesson is done the door is opened and you were pushed outside with skates on. I would not think about returning here due to the insanely high prices that are not justified through the lessons or the "certified" coaches I can go somewhere more welcoming that teaches me properly and professionally :)
since the companies response is so harsh i will be lowering my rating sorry itβs just an opinion based off my experience but this makes it worse not any helpfulβ¦

β β β β β The worst customer service you can possibly imagine. Neda is a terrible human being with disgusting customer service skills. She changes rules on a whim and when you show concern as a parent and question her she accuses you of bullying her. She stated that we as parents should be grateful they have a running program and thank her versus ask questions and show concern. My daughter would be attending skating for the first time at the age of 2. Neda calls me to state that parents arenβt allowed in the facility. When I questioned how we would know about how sheβs progressing and if thereβs any concerns, her reply was that this is what it is and if Iβm not happy to take my money elsewhere.
Donβt sign your kids up here, how can you trust the team if thatβs the individual leading them.
I have emailed you guys several times regarding my concerns and your owner still has not reached out. I trust that someone will be reaching out to me to address this horrible experience.
I have just signed up with Woodbridge Skating Club and they are amazing. They take the time to explain their processes and address any concerns you may have. Thank ypu to WSC for being so loving and caring.
