A	Alex Mathers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has been friendly and well organized. Could use more staff at the front desk but otherwise no complaints. The yard is levelled (this is very important to truck drivers) and the wheel loader operators are quick and careful with the cars. Clean and accessible washrooms, theres also a coffee machine with free water bottles. Overall I always enjoy going there.
D	Dean Mihaljisin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY. Been a buyer at impact for a couple of years now, buy a couple vehicles every year. The last vehicle I purchased was falsely advertised as the kilometres on the vehicle was rolled back 250,000km. After all the repairs were done & the vehicle was taken for inspection we were notified that the kms were rolled back. Contacted impact & they would not pay for the repairs, the towing, or the inspection. They offered a $500 credit or the amount we paid for the vehicle which was around 2k. Very disappointed in the customer service in this pandemic time. They are taking advantage of the people.

I have dealt with impact Edmonton & impact Calgary for many years , but since Covid started they have became careless of what they are selling , I purchased two units that were titled as active good to go units and when I got home and started to tinker with my new vehicles I decided to pull Lein check and to my surprise both units had unbelievably high leins. When I brought my concerns up to management (one unit from Edmonton , one unit from Calgary) they were very hostile towards me and even when I finally got them to agree on giving me my money back (took 4 months to even get to speak with someone) because it’s unfair that they sold these to me with leins they kept my units and my money for almost a month !! Telling me the car was missing parts that were never in original auction pictures and were never there when I picked up cars.
S	Sam Mo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The action is not letting people to see the car before auction you pay the top bit and the car is not worth that much because you do not see what you are buying once you get the car you 70% of the damages not in picture.

( I deal with many) They treat their customers like a nuisance and that you should be honored to have the privilege to spend your money there. If you need to call them for assistance I'll save you a step, the answers are "no we won't help you" and "pay up or get out" with a little "we're just corporate robots that can't think for ourselves" sprinkled in. If insurance companies used another avenue for disposal, I'm sure no one would be sad to see these guys fade away.
l	liam power on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond disappointed with Impact Auto Auctions. My Car was involved in an accident and only had cosmetic damage, but was written off because of it's age. Before Impact Auto Auctions picked up my car, I spoke with THREE different people over the phone, on THREE separate occasions. Each person assured me that I would be notified of the date before the vehicle goes for auction. After a few weeks of periodically checking their inventory to no avail, I finally decided to call in. Upon calling was told that the car had been sold a week prior, and that the note to notify me was 'simply lost'. Very curious to know how this note could have been lost, considering THREE different people assured me IAA wouldn't let this happen. Overall, would NOT recommend dealing with IAA. EDIT: 3 weeks after my original review I found the car via Local Volvo Facebook group that it is rotting in a junk yard. Absolutely nothing wrong with the car, a truely disappointing end to a cumbersome ordeal with Impact Auto Auctions. CANNOT stress enough how negative my experience with these guy's have been. STAY AWAY!
