We filled our first bin the same day it was delivered then asked for a second smaller bin. When a smaller bin was not available on such short notice, they brought me another larger bin, but only charged for the amount I used. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable, and the drivers were great!

We called Bins by Joy at the last minute on Thursday morning and spoke with Chris. Described what it was we were doing and how much room we had for a bin, Chris walked me through the options and pricing. Chris had the bin delivered to the exact location on our driveway the next afternoon, the neighbors were so impressed with the skills of the driver they even stopped in to comment about how meticulous he was in his placement. We finished up on Sunday and I left a voice message with Chris, he followed up Monday morning to say he received the message and that the bin would be gone today. No, that's service, prompt, helpful and cost effective. Cannot say thank you enough for making this as easy as it was, great job by everyone involved.

The drivers were excellent in placing the bins exactly where I needed them and Chris was patient with all of my questions and calls on when to have new bins dropped off and existing bins picked up. Great service and won't hesitate to use them again if I need to in the future!

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Very accommodating on drop off and pick up times. Would recommend this company no matter what your needs, construction, garden waste or general junk for clean up.
