Nice people and great service. I kept hearing a noise in my car and brought it to Canadian tire to get it fixed, they told me nothing was wrong and it must be in my head. I brought my 07 Elantra and they found the problem in under an hour. Could not recommend more as my car no longer makes noise and I feel safe driving it again.

Everytime I have service done at this dealer, the service reps are second to none. They are always going above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. Curtis and his team are excellent.

Was very interested in purchasing a vehicle. First they told me I was able to purchase the car from out of town as long I pick it up, then when I talked to the salesman told me he wouldn't sell me the car out of the province with out any explanation. I thought that was very strange and highly disappointed they would refuse a serious customer.

Having purchased a new vehicle here for myself and with other buyers, and also using their garage for regular maintenance, I have been happy with service pretty well across the board. Have been using their garage for regular service for years without issues. Labor price is average for a dealership. My only issue with this location is a distinct lack of enthusiasm to ensure new vehicle purchases have been well detailed in terms of getting the extra accessories you may want or need with your new vehicle. Some could count this as an upside as they don't oversell extra options to inflate your vehicle purchase, but I shouldn't have to ask to add upgraded floor mats for the winter or the functional extras like loading gate protection mats. My recent SUV didn't even come with a cargo separator to keep loose items in the back from coming forward during an accident or hard stop. There was no effort to ask if I wanted any accessory period. As I believe the buying process is long and difficult enough for the average person, this mentality may leave many people lacking time or effort saving items because they are too occupied with the process in general to remember to ask for these items specifically. This really is the remit of a quality sales person and should be a functional part of any new vehicle purchase. It's not price inflation if someone wants or needs accessories and should never be required of the customer to advise a sales person that they want things that should have been asked about as part of the process. I even had to ask about winter tires, and that is a prerequisite item for us Canadians. It was Spring when I purchased, but I still should have been asked as they will store the tires until needed for free. Sup par sales process. Not impressed on that front. Hence the four star rating.

SERVICE AFTER SALE is really important to me. This dealership is a win win situation. One phone call to the person in charge and BINGO, done. Without a doubt, no matter how perfect you think things can be, things can get screwed up in this crazy busy world we live in. So yes the sale is important but its the service that truly matters.

Firstly, shopping is part of buying a car. I purchase vehicles somewhat regularly for my business, and personally. This is one of the Car Dealers that I shopped at. 1. They gave me space to look, and think. 2. From the kind receptionist helping me, to the salesman, to trying a car, I had a good feeling. 3. I didn't choose to buy, but the service was impeccable. A+. That's how it should be done to win returning customers! I will be back for sure. Thanks!
