★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID CAR WASH. The car that went through before my truck did was smaller, and the wand didn't reset.. Resulting in the wand scratching down the side of my truck before it moved away. When it moved off my truck there was a good foot of space between it and the wand, as in I was centered in the bay, but the machine faltered. Now I have many lovely scratches down the fender flare of my truck. What they offered in resolution... Another wash by the machine that scratched my truck and that I could leave my phone number... Yet that they wouldn't call me, I had to call them... So why take my number then? And no I don't want a small gross gas station coffee as a consolation... What am I gonna do, dump it on the claw marks on my truck? Frustrated with the customer service and machine failure. Also..previous times when I have been in for a wash it did a poor job leaving streaks/dirt behind. This incident sealed the deal, will not return to this car wash. Also the parking lot is poorly designed and at any given time at least 2 pumps are out of order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ultimate carwash is not working. You are given a weak undercarriage spray upon entering. Only two foam overs with different types of soap mixtures... NO BUG REMOVER. NO SURFACE protectant. Unless they are somehow incorporated into the two layers of foam your car recives but I doubt it. Needless to say my car did not come clean at all. This is 5th time using the car wash and the first three times I was hit with a multi collored soap a purple soap and then a bubbly purple water (bug remover) followed by an obvious spot free rinse. The last 2 times I've noticed only two layers of foam and 2 regular rinses (Not bubbly and spot free) with no bug remover. Needless to say I'm a person who pays attention to detail and the first 3 times I used this car wash my car came out very clean. The wash was longer. There were more layers sprayed over. I complained today and was told to "talk to a manager" during the day. At this point id say avoid using this car wash. Your child and a garden hose could get the same result. Note this is a "New carwash". Save your money and go to bubbles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car was is less than efficient.
The sprayer for the wheels is spraying more water onto the floor than on the wheels.
The volume of soap does not compare to the amounts used at other car washes.
The water pressure was not high enough to remove the ice and snow off the vehicle.
The dryer removed more ice and snow then the water did.
For 14.00 dont feel it was worth the money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this car wash bought a ultimate car wash 16.80 tax included. Car came out dirty still , went in to tell the clerk lady i didnt catch her name and another guy who works there name JON who was also there said its because I bought quickwash and I said no look at my receipt it says ULTIMATE WASH. Then he goes and say my car is dirty and I should of scrub my car before I go for a wash. WTF what's the point of a car wash ???? Anyways he was RUDE !!! Avoid this place. JON learn some customers skills when talking to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like there is a theme here in these reviews. Car wash is 1/10 and the staff are indignant when you ask to re-run it through to get it clean. Fighting you on it. Too much slope on your trunk. Your window is at 45 degrees. You should have prewashed with squeegeeing. Avoid and go elsewhere. Petro-Canada has a no hassle rewash!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into wash my 2019 Hyundai Elantra Sport on Saturday May 1 2021. At 11:15 am. My car was damaged by their car wash I reported it to them on Sunday May 2nd 2021. Received a phone call on Monday May 3rd 2021 claiming that the damage was not that caused by their car wash and that somebody had vandalized my car well the damage on my car is very substantial and I don't understand why they don't want to take responsibility for nobody's going to go and scratch up the entirety of a front of a vehicle very lightly and then scratch the roof especially in a quiet neighborhood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This car wash is terrible! I have been 2 times the first time the car in front of me got stuck inside and had to be rescued by the staff. The second time the car wash quit on me, right after getting soaped up it quit and the exit door rolled up. I rinsed my truck off with the hose that was available inside. I did get a refund for the wash. Today I got home from work and my daughter had gone through this wash and it quit on her , the employee told her her vehicle was too big. ( Jeep Wrangler).I really don't recommend going to this car wash absolutely terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only a rude staff but they overcharged me! Watch your receipts at this location!
Yesterday, I stopped by to get the "Ultimate Car Wash" and to purchase two lottery tickets.
The attendant: (as per my receipt) Pos: 71 Cashier:4 Store: 5994 rudely asked: "what do you want?", I told her that I need the Ultimate Car Wash and two lottery tickets: one 6/49 for $6.00 and one Lotto Max for $5.00. No extras.
I paid with my credit card got the wash code and the two lottery tickets as requested and left.
At home I looked at the receipt: 71385423 and this is what it shows:
1 Ultimate Wash $15.99
13 Lotto Max Ticket $13.00
Subtotal $28.99
GST $ 0.80
Total $29.79
Instead of showing $ 11.00 for the lottery tickets, I was charged $ 13.00!!!
The receipt wrongfully shows only some Lotto Max Lottery ticket for $13.00 (which I never requested and never got) instead of properly showing what I requested and received: $5.00 Lotto Max Ticket and $6.00 Lotto 6/49 Ticket, which equals $11.00 for the lottery tickets not $13.00.
I am bringing this to your attention as this may happen to any of you. Watch your receipts at this place!
