M	Marie Jensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This insurance company is refusing to wait a week for a trucker to get paid so he can pay his insurance and keep working. This is common so they can cancel his insurance then he has to pay new rates. I pray God intervenes and young workers don’t loose their work.

Only one person you can talk to, if he or she can't help you then you have to wait days on end. Even with important and urgent matters. Really not impressed, and i've been with this company a long time. Obviously they don't value my business. I do not recommend this company.
J	Jamie Poncia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute carnival of a business. I ended up having to send at least four different checks through them to my insurance company, each one got lost along the way and, after cancelling my policy, one of them got cashed regardless.
G	Greggie Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Northbridge and broker HUB International worked together to insure they got their money for services they refused to provide. It's shameful that both insurance corporations refused to correct a minor clerical error (our mailing address) and in the end, they threaten to take their clients to collections because they sent all the essential documentation to the wrong address. After 3 years of trying to get either company to correct the mailing address, I've had to get insurance elsewhere. If you reside in a rural address, I do NOT recommend either Northbridge or HUB International due to incompetence and conspiracy to commit fraud.

I have recommended her to so many of my friends and family, as the service and care she provides is unbeatable. She is very knowledgeable, timely in her responses and provides the most cost effective plans I have experienced to date. Now being her customer, I will happily do business with HUB. The rates and service are amazing! NEGATIVES: For background; I have been with HUB for 10 years now. A year or so ago (pre-Melisa), I had been directed to a woman over the span of 5/6 years. The first few times speaking with her were unbearable. I would get off the phone feeling so frustrated and these phone calls would last an hour or more but not really going anywhere productive. She did not care about me as a customer, she had a bad attitude/ tone somedays and would only do the bare minimum, providing me with little to no actual information. I seemed to always be paying really high, no perks. I would try to get put with someone else and because they were understaffed - she would always end up being my broker again. It was painful. The others I was in contact with were always temporary, they would no longer be there by the time I called in next. It was a gong show with this place for years, for me personally. When you find a good broker - hang onto them for dear life.
