However I am shocked at how unprofessional a physiotherapist treated me today, I raised my concerns with how much work I am being asked to do for my recovery and if we can look at alternatives so that it is less stressful on me mentally and physically, she then spoke down to me and told me that I did not have to be there and asked me if I wanted to cancel my appointments. In a room full of clients and workers. This place does not seem to care for the needs of thier clients on an individual bases and instead relies on protocols that are by the book or program. Speaking down to someone is absolutely unprofessional, listen to and respect your clients!

A	Austin Stuart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all costs what a joke 25 years old been dealing with serve pain for 4 months and all they will recommend is phsyio and cortisone which is not a permanent fix for my condition and is just CBI's way of saving WCB money on a surgery Refused unsafe work, recorded the conversation of me saying no to my employer told I'd be fired if I didn't do it, WCB just laughs at that fact no consequences for abusive employers, fast forward 4 months WCB still has no diagnosis for me they are continuously asking me to do cortisone injections which I refuse on person reasons and the only other fix WCB will do is phsyiotherapy I can barely WALK STAND SIT OR LIFT ANYTHING OR DO ANYTHING at 25 years old I'm losing everything iv ever worked for and because WCB and the cronies of doctors at CBI refuse to send me to a specialist that actually knows something about spines as I'm guessing that would cost to much and you guys are all about keeping cost down! went for a back exam drove 4 hours for a exam in stabbing pain, DR. Weins didn't even lift my shirt up to look at my spine or inflammation and tells me I won't be seeing a surgeon before I can even sit down, and wants to continue phsyio as if 14 months of phsyio for this injury hasn't been enough??? Called my case manager to see what mental health resources I could try and access right away as I wasn't feeling great or safe and was told to send a email?? How long does one have to suffer before he can be FIXED NOT NUMBED WITH MEDS AND INJECTIONS,.atleast animals that suffer in pain are treated with more respect.

I have come a long way from several months ago with my shoulder surgery. I enjoy our chats when I go. I will be finished in a couple of months and I so appreciate what they have done for me. The gals so the front are also so friendly.
