★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a TERRIBLE Experience there. I bought a toilet at HTA. Apparently there's a crack on the surface so I request for an exchange, but they simply blame on us that we mass it up. what a jerk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and NOT recommend. bought new product but they gave me furbished one and it came with some issue . I found out after thousands of dollar labour works has done. I spoke to one of the guy and we worked out a solution reduce negative impact on both sides; HOWEVER, at the end the guy lied by asking me to write a "satisfaction letter" and then never pick up the phone again. now my phone is on his block list.
If you are getting a product with issue, good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HTA Kingsway is a convenient supplier for plumbing fixtures. They offer the same quality brands eg) Grohe and Kholer but at a reduced price. Sales support was excellent. All issues were dealt in a timely manner. For construction and Reno projects I recommend them.

HTA showed me all the options and features of different brands of faucets, showers and toilets without pressing me to order any particular kind. They were very good at demonstrating the TOTO toilet that I bought. In short, I found HTA to be a professional organization with a wide range of product choices. The only drawback was that they did not have the items I selected in stock so it took some time for them to arrive but this is a small inconvenience when you get what you want.
